The discovery process:

 

Step 1

We learn about your business users, processes, systems, and technology, and define the problem we are addressing.

Step 2

We define and interrogate the solution and clarify what functionality is required.

Step 3

We create a Product Backlog of user stories, which is fully accessible to you.

Step 4

We build a road map with a clearly defined Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Step 5

We build a prototype UX design demonstrating how the MVP will operate.

Step 6

We present a prioritised set of User Stories necessary to build the MVP.
